Offices, shops and business premises
In a business premises time is money. We do shop, office and restaurant fit-outs on the agreed schedule, outside opening hours when needed.
We have built shop fittings and window displays, office partitions and surfaces, and whole-space conversions. We are happy to work directly with the tenant or the property owner.

Can you work evenings or weekends?
Yes. We agree a schedule that disrupts your business as little as possible.
Do you build shop fittings?
Yes, made to measure.
Can you handle the whole fit-out?
Yes: building work ourselves, and electrical, HVAC and glazing with partners.
Do you work with the tenant or the owner?
Either. We can handle communication between the parties if needed.
General questions
How much will it cost?
It always depends on the job, so we do not quote blind. We come and look and give you a quote. Asking for a quote does not commit you to anything.
Who makes the decisions?
You do. We explain the options and give recommendations from long experience, but the final choices are always yours.
Where do you work?
Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Kirkkonummi and Sipoo. For larger jobs, elsewhere in Uusimaa too.
Can I deal with you in English?
Yes. Jason and the crew work in English.
Are your contractor’s obligations in order?
Yes. We are a Tilaajavastuu.fi Luotettava Kumppani, so tax, pension insurance and other records are verifiable.
