Demolition
Demolition is the first and dustiest phase of a renovation. We seal off and depressurise the area, sort the waste and leave the space ready for the next phase.
Demolition can also be ordered on its own if you are doing the rest yourself or with another contractor. In buildings from before 1994 demolition must be preceded by an asbestos survey, and asbestos removal needs a licensed contractor.

Can I order demolition on its own?
Yes. Many order the strip-out from us and do the rest themselves or with another contractor.
What if there is asbestos?
Buildings from before 1994 get a hazardous-materials survey. Asbestos removal needs a licensed asbestos contractor.
Do you remove the waste?
Yes, sorted and disposed of properly.
How is dust controlled?
By sealing off and depressurising the area and protecting the routes through the home.

How much will it cost?
It always depends on the job, so we do not quote blind. We come and look and give you a quote. Asking for a quote does not commit you to anything.
Who makes the decisions?
You do. We explain the options and give recommendations from long experience, but the final choices are always yours.
Where do you work?
Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Kirkkonummi and Sipoo. For larger jobs, elsewhere in Uusimaa too.
Can I deal with you in English?
Yes. Jason and the crew work in English.
Are your contractor’s obligations in order?
Yes. We are a Tilaajavastuu.fi Luotettava Kumppani, so tax, pension insurance and other records are verifiable.
