Walls, windows, front and interior doors
New windows and doors change how a house looks and how much energy it uses. We replace windows and front doors with sealing and trims, fit interior doors, and build partition walls and wall surfaces to a finished standard.
When replacing windows, careful sealing and flashing matter most so water and cold stay outside. In older houses we fit new windows to the original trims and openings.
Partition walls are built on timber or steel studs, with sound insulation where needed. We are happy to advise which solution makes sense for your property.
Common questions
Should windows be replaced or restored?
It depends on their condition. We tell you honestly which makes more sense, and you decide.
Does window replacement need a permit?
In apartment and terraced buildings the housing company decides. For a house, changing the look may need a permit.
Can a wall be removed?
If it is not load-bearing, usually yes. Changing a load-bearing wall needs a structural engineer and, in apartment buildings, the housing company’s permission.
Do you install front doors?
Yes, for houses and apartments.

How much will it cost?
It always depends on the job, so we do not quote blind. We come and look and give you a quote. Asking for a quote does not commit you to anything.
Who makes the decisions?
You do. We explain the options and give recommendations from long experience, but the final choices are always yours.
Does the household tax deduction apply?
For private individuals, usually on the labour share when the work is done in your own home or holiday home.
Where do you work?
Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Kirkkonummi and Sipoo. For larger jobs, elsewhere in Uusimaa too.
Can I deal with you in English?
Yes. Jason and the crew work in English.
Are your contractor’s obligations in order?
Yes. We are a Tilaajavastuu.fi Luotettava Kumppani, so tax, pension insurance and other records are verifiable.
