Subcontracting for builders
Most of our hours are subcontracting for larger builders. We take responsibility for our package as a whole: carpentry, partitions, ceilings, trims, door and window installation, decks and garden structures.
Site management is by Jason, who is on site himself. Contractor’s obligations data, insurance and pension records are verifiable on Tilaajavastuu.fi.

How do we get the contractor’s obligations data?
We are a Tilaajavastuu.fi Luotettava Kumppani, so everything is in one report.
How big is your crew?
About ten skilled people in addition to the owner, so we can take responsibility for whole work packages.
Which language is used on site?
The working language on site is English. Site management is by Jason, who is on site himself.
How do you price work?
Per project, as a fixed price or hourly. Agreed at quotation.

How much will it cost?
It always depends on the job, so we do not quote blind. We come and look and give you a quote. Asking for a quote does not commit you to anything.
Who makes the decisions?
You do. We explain the options and give recommendations from long experience, but the final choices are always yours.
Where do you work?
Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Kirkkonummi and Sipoo. For larger jobs, elsewhere in Uusimaa too.
Can I deal with you in English?
Yes. Jason and the crew work in English.
Are your contractor’s obligations in order?
Yes. We are a Tilaajavastuu.fi Luotettava Kumppani, so tax, pension insurance and other records are verifiable.
